Celebrate Children's Book Week!

This week is Children's Book Week and the theme this year is "Reading is a Superpower!"

We agree, and are happy to have a few highlights for the week, including our

  • Library Display featuring children's literature (lobby)
  • The Harry Potter Trivia contest being hosted by our branch campus libraries virtually - Tuesday, May 4th, and Wednesday, May 5th. Details here
  • A new way to browse children's literature virtually through our Collections

Children's Book Week began in 1919, and the goal of the event was to foster a love of reading for children. There are a number of virtual activities in place this week that you can also explore here.

We hope you take some time to read a children's book yourself or enjoy by sharing the love of reading with a child!
